We have only been in the Davidson Young Scholars (YS) program for a year, but it has provided us with a tremendous amount of support in that short period of time.
I am dealing with chronic health problems that limit my ability to homeschool my son, Jonathan, and Davidson has made it possible for us to provide him with challenging online courses to enhance his education.
We have especially benefited from the online parent and YS seminars with nationally known experts. As parents, we feel that we have learned more about conquering the unique challenges of parenting gifted children in the past year than ever before.
Jonathan really enjoyed meeting other Young Scholars at the Summit and also at informal gatherings near our home.
We can’t say thank you enough for the opportunities and support that the Davidson Institute has provided for Jonathan and our family.
