Description: One student from each school gets picked to go to classes on leadership. The seminars are intended to improve critical thinking skills, enhance leadership skills, provide a better understanding of the democratic process, develop goal-setting skills, help students realize the importance of leadership through an interactive panel format. "Approximately 15,000 selected high school students from each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Canada and Mexico attend annually."
