The National Audubon Society is devoted to helping the environment, but especially birds. They have magazines, newsletters, chapters, reserves, stores, activites, nature trips, and many more things for the bird lover.

My PG kids and I have really enjoyed the programs offered at our local Audubon center. The adults involved encouraged the kids and never talked down to them. I loved observing the highly educated naturalists interacting with preschool and early school age children; it was sheer joy for everyone involved!
