Description: This series of books, titled "The Problem Solver" is a wonderful resource for the younger math student with a visual spatial learning style. The numerical reasoning problems are presented within a four step method ("A systematic approach to problem solving that can be used for solving any problem.") using "10 solution strategies." The looseleaf format allows for photocopying for use in a classroom setting, or multiple child use in the homeschool setting.
