Description: This site lets people create music and sounds by manipulating sound channels, volume and other controls that are part of the "mixer." It is very hands-on and gets the creative juices flowing.

This site is truly cool for anyone interested in making their own unique sounds. Users can manipulate something like eight tracks using volume, fades, etc. Of course, this is not full-features dub software, but for a Web-based application, this is great fun.
