Description: This is the nation's only college of the liberal arts and sciences designed specifically for students of high school age. Most students enter Simon's Rock after completing the 10th or 11th grade, and follow programs leading to the Associate in Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees in liberal arts.     My precocious son refused to play the mind dulling game we call high school. Simon’s Rock was his salvation. He matured, he learned, he spread his wings. Ten years after Simon's Rock we continue to feel that it made a real difference.

    Early college program affiliated with Bard University located in the beautiful Berkshire mountains. They deliver all that they say they will. Outstanding place for the independent, bright student to stay engaged in learning versus trying to stay in high school and become either completely disillusioned or drop out. It lets them spread their intellectual wings and soar.
