As an organization, American Mensa provides intelligent individuals an opportunity to meet other smart people at the local, regional, and national levels. Mensans interact at entertaining events and exchange ideas through a variety of publications. Mensa members also work to help others in their communities by providing scholarships and volunteering for community-oriented activities. Scholarships are offered at the local, regional, and national level to students who will be enrolled in a degree program in an accredited American institute of post-secondary education. |
