Website: Joint Enrollment Program for High School Students at Georgia Tech (Savannah, GA)
University: Georgia Institute of Technology
Description: Georgia Tech offers a plan of concurrent enrollment to high school students. Students are jointly enrolled at their high school and Tech as special undergraduate students under an agreement that enables the student to be awarded their high school diploma, as well as receive college credit. Students admitted into the program may register for a maximum of 8 semester hours in courses that are NOT available at the high school level. The Joint Enrollment program is an opportunity to enrich, but not replace, the high school experience for students who have completed the highest level of coursework available in high school. High school students that wish to enter Tech full-time will be considered through the early admission program.
