I cried when I read this book! This whimsical drama is designed to set the stage for readers to own their own journey in a world where the highly gifted are not embraced. It touches on the range of ways a bright child copes with being different and it demonstrates a successful outcome to an unconventional childhood...perfect for opening conversations with children and adults who might empathize with the character of the story...the Celtic graphics are what attracted this title to my teen, but I bought it because it touched my heart!
