I entered THINK the summer before my sophomore year as a shy, insecure boy without social skills or close friends to speak of at home. I emerged from just my first year as a THINKer with more than just calculus skills that set me far enough ahead that I got to skip the class entirely this year, but social skills that helped me forge close friendships at home with the two people I now consider my two best friends. The second year of THINK was also of great consequence to me. I emerged from that summer not only as a more social and friendly person, but also as a leader. That very fall - as a junior in high school - I became one of the captains of my varsity football team. I also became a more vocal leader in my choir and my band, joined track (and was also a track captain my senior year), and continued to branch out with friends.

It's amazing, our son came home and in a day was talking about what he wanted to take at THINK next year!!! He even mentioned some things out of his normal comfort zone. It is so refreshing to see him excited about learning again. There also seems just the right amount of fun mixed in (He may even have had too much fun). It's hard to explain to other parents here the difference at THINK. It's great to know that the other kids feel the same way. THINK 2010 will be put onto our calendar right away!

Thank you for the wonderful three weeks that our son has enjoyed. This is his second year, and he said it is even better than last year (if that is possible)! And he said last year was incredible!!! So it gets better every year! The professors were awesome and the staff was great. Thanks again.
