Description: The GT Parent Connection is an organization for parents and educators of gifted and talented children in Washoe County, Nev., serving the Reno and Sparks region. The group provides current local, state, and national updates and information relating to gifted education, programs, and issues by email to all members. The GT Parent Connection also holds informational meetings that include guest speakers, updates and discussion.

GT Parent Connection is well organized and well run. The coordinating member sends out emails with valuable information and interesting updates. They also hold informational meetings which are especially useful to a parent who's new to the GT world or wants more information.
