Description: Achieving a College Education (ACE) is a nationally recognized, scholarship-based early outreach and college preparation program for high school students. The ACE Program targets students who may not consider going to college. The mission of the ACE Program is to academically prepare students, increase graduation rates among first generation college bound students, and to assist students in making a seamless transition from high school into community college and then to transfer into a four-year university to complete a baccalaureate degree.

I am a parent of a gifted child who dropped out of HS to attend college. Scottsdale Community College was impressively welcoming and accepting of my gifted teen, when he could no longer function in the local middle/high school system.
