Description: Gifted high school students can enter college early through the Early Entrant Program at Shimer College. Early entrants are automatically awarded a Robert Maynard Hutchins Scholarship in recognition of their academic potential.

As one who graduated from the Early Entrant Program, I would recommend Shimer to any person with an undimmed mind. There is no education on earth that compares to Shimer.

This is a good resource because it is another option for families seeking early college who are located in the Mid-west.
