Muskingum College, in New Concord, OH, has an established graduate studies program for Talented & Gifted Intervention Specialists. They have also submitted a proposal to the Ohio Department of Education for an Endorsement program in Talented & Gifted education, which is expected to be acted upon during the month of April 2005. I am a graduate student, currently taking classes at Muskingum College, with the hopes of completing the endorsement program toward Talented & Gifted education.
