Davidson Summer STARS (Successful, Talented, Ambitious, Remarkable, Scholars) is an opportunity available to 8 to 12 year olds enrolled in the Davidson Young Scholars program.
Participants have the opportunity to explore academic areas in their morning sessions. Past sessions have included biology, chemistry, math, creative writing and poetry. Afternoons are spent participating in engaging academic activities and field trips.

Started in 1999, the Davidson Institute for Talent Development is a 501(c)3 private operating foundation. Our mission is to recognize, nurture and support profoundly intelligent young people ages 18 and under, and to provide opportunities for them to develop their talents to make a positive difference.
