Family Consultant
Destiny was born in Brooklyn, NY and studied Criminal Justice and Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Nevada, Reno. Before coming to Davidson, she worked with programs that served 1st generation college students.
Outside of work, Destiny enjoys reading (particularly mysteries), exploring new local restaurants and activities, and participating in local Latin social dancing events. Destiny's favorite styles of dance are salsa and bachata.
Destiny enjoys working at Davidson because it has given her the opportunity over the years to pursue her passion for working with underserved populations in an empowering and fulfilling way.
