Step 3: Decision Notifications
Acceptance Notifications
Davidson Summer Program applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Decision notifications will be sent out within two weeks after submitting a completed application.
If your Young Scholar receives acceptance to Davidson Summer Programs, a deposit of $500 is due 24 hours after the acceptance notification for each participant to reserve their place in the program. If you choose to not complete the deposit payment by the assigned date, we will offer the space to the next person on the waitlist. For additional details on fees, see the tuition and fees page.
Waitlist
Once all available spaces have been reserved via deposit payment, pending applicants will be notified by email that they have been accepted to join their sessions waitlist. Should a vacant space in their session become available, families will be notified immediately.
Please note, eligible applicants will be placed on their preferred sessions waitlist ONLY. Applicants are NOT permitted to be on multiple session waitlists simultaneously.
