Davidson Gifted Perspectives is a video series that examines a number of different gifted-related issues and viewpoints.

Some parents are worried that if their student takes a non-traditional path, future endeavors will not look as favorably at them. Additionally, rumors persist about homeschooled students’ readiness for the “real world.” Recently, at a virtual event, a Young Scholar family asked about the usefulness of the GED—especially if their student is earning an associate’s degree during high school years. Here’s our Director of Family Services to share her insights and thoughts on this situation.
