Expanding the Diet of a PG/2e Child

Introducing new foods into a PG/2e child’s  diet can be an anxiety inducing experience. Ensuring that a child has the calories and nutrients that they need to grow is the baseline, but for a kid with sensory sensitivities, that’s not always easy.  So,  how can parents support a PG/2e child who is motivated to try food? Are there strategies that parents can use to reduce anxiety in a child??
